If required following a site visit and at the discretion of PHS PHS reinvests back into landlords properties to ensure the property meets the human habitation act
Our role in this community is to help ease pressures for landlords financially and to help support the lettings agents and to help the tenants live in an improved property as opposed to living with damp and mould or other defects that are inherent in the UK property market.
Any Landlord signing with one of the PHS lettings agents can draw on a range of support such as
during a property inspection if one of the PHS risk assessing team members identifies a risk to ill health or the property itself it will be noted on the report.
If the issue can be rectified at the time of the site visit then it will be rectified without charge to the landlord however if the issue is a larger issue then advice can be provided regarding other forms of support that they may be able to obtain to help them toward the cost to rectify the issue as confirmed below
